Understanding your dashboard statistics
Your NoNonsense Cookie dashboard gives you a clear overview of consent activity across all your websites. Here's what each metric means.
Dashboard overview cards
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see four summary cards that give you a quick snapshot of your consent management:
Total sites
The number of websites you've added to your NoNonsense Cookie account.
Active sites
Sites that have been verified and are actively showing the cookie banner to visitors.
Total consents
The total number of consent records collected across all your websites.
Today's consents
Consent records collected today. Useful for monitoring daily traffic and consent activity.
Consent rate
The consent rate shows the percentage of visitors who accepted analytics cookies over the last 30 days. A typical consent rate ranges between 30% and 70%, depending on your audience and how you've configured the banner. This metric helps you understand how visitors respond to your consent dialog. A high rate means visitors trust your brand; a lower rate is normal and indicates your banner is giving visitors a genuine choice.
Compliance status
Your dashboard shows a compliance status indicator that tells you at a glance whether your setup is in order:
Compliant
All sites are verified and the cookie banner is active. You're fully compliant.
Needs attention
One or more sites have not been verified yet. Verify your domains to ensure compliance.
Recent activity
The recent activity feed shows the latest five consent records across all your sites, including which site received the consent and when. This helps you confirm that the banner is working correctly and collecting consent records in real time.
